Testaro Mobile Health offers both Walk-In and Mobile Covid-19 testing options in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town.

Testaro Mobile Health and Inception Biosciences are recognised internationally as a COVID-19 Testing Laboratory and are recommended by brands such as Emirates Airline and Netherlands Worldwide

Please note that each airline and country have their own COVID-19 testing requirements. It is your responsibility to check for their airline requirements before being tested.

Kindly note that testing for travel is not claimable and can not be remitted to medical aid for reimbursement.

Yes, Express PCR testing is offered at all testing sites in Gauteng and selected testing sites in Western Cape.

Please note: Express PCR testing, utilises significantly faster and more costly technology than traditional PCR testing methods to deliver results within 2-3 hours.

This testing method is still recognised as a valid PCR test. Express PCR testing is often used for travelers that require testing within timeframes specified by the country of entry or airline.

Mobile Tests – At your Home, Office or Hotel in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town or Durban

Corporate/Group Testing – On-site at a pre-determined location

Walk-In Testing – Please see locations on our Walk-In Testing page

RT-PCR – Results within 18 hours of swab collection.

Express PCR (Selected sites only) – Results within 2 to 3 hours.

Rapid Antigen – Within 15 to 30 minuets (Resulting may be delayed during busy periods).

We have partnered with Inception Biosciences to process all tests collected by our team.

If you have been in close contact with a person that has tested positive or if you experience any Covid-19 symptoms.

If you are unsure if you should be tested, please call the SA Corona Virus Hotline on 0800 029 999.

Anyone who tests positive will immediately be notified and advised to quarantine for at least 7 days. You will then remain in quarantine until repeat testing shows you no longer have the virus.

The respiratory illness combination test (or multiplex PCR), can simultaneously detect infections caused by SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A & B and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). This test is designed to simultaneously detect the 3 respiratory viruses with a single swab.

This test type is currently only available in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
